What types of text messages will I receive if I opt in?

With your explicit consent, I may send: (1) listing alerts that match your criteria, (2) appointment confirmations and reminders, (3) time-sensitive updates about offers and deadlines, and (4) occasional market insights relevant to your search. Every message includes clear opt-out instructions.

How often will you text me?

Message frequency varies based on your activity, the pace of the market, and your preferences. During an active search or listing period, you may receive several messages per week. I will never spam you and will always honor your requested frequency and preferred channels.

What about my privacy?

Your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, send relevant property updates you’ve requested, and provide services related to your real estate transaction. I do not sell your data. For full details, review the Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of this page.

Can I change my communication preferences later?

Yes. You can change your preferences at any time. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also email or call me directly to adjust how and how often I contact you.

If I schedule a call, am I locked in to use your services?

No! We believe every buyer or seller should find the best agent that fits his or her needs! You are in no way obligated to utilize our services if we are not a good fit. We recommend interviewing multiple agents before making a decision!

Do you offer seller consultations?

Yes! I will tour your property, provide feedback, and give you a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).
